A word from the designer:
Dear Cyclist/Triathlete,
Simkins Designs is a small company located in San Jose California. The company was founded in November of 2006. Our intent is to make the highest performance brakes for every type of cycling event.
I used to work in the medical device industry and am currently a graduate student at the BiONICS Lab at UCSC (Go Slugs). As a former bicycle racer and engineer, cutting-edge bicycle component design is a passion more than anything else.
